NTV7 Feel Good Run 2011 Celebs Announced!

Come 3rd July, a number of star-studded celebrities will be putting on their best running shoes and sweating their way through ntv7’s Feel Good Run, held in-conjunction with the station’s 13th anniversary. With a participation fee of RM25, fans will get to catch a rare sight of their favourites running for a good cause under the run’s Celebrity Category. Proceeds from the run will be channeled to Yayasan Jantung Malaysia, National Cancer Society, Malaysian AIDS Foundation, and The National Autism Society of Malaysia.



Deemed as the nation’s most prestigious celebrity running event, Feel Good Run brings together a whole host of beloved entertainment and media personalities, which include Nazrudin Habibur Rahman, Jehan Miskin, Jaclyn Victor, Daphne Iking, Joanne de Rozario, Leslie Chai, Debbie Goh, Dynas Mokhtar, Cheryl Samad plus bloggers Mohd Zulkifli and Niki Cheong amongst many others (complete list attached below).



“The Celebrity Category enables the public to get up-close and personal with some of the nation’s well-known personalities, while offering the celebrities an unparalleled opportunity to give back to a worthwhile cause,” says Airin Zainul, Group General Manager of ntv7 & 8TV.

“We appreciate very much the celebrities’ making the time to join us for this good cause. It is a lasting testament to all Malaysians that they continue to support charity events such as Feel Good Run,” adds Airin.

“We’re aiming to raise as much money as possible for this charity. Participation from corporations is also welcomed.”




With fees of RM25 for participants aged 13 and above and RM10 for those aged 12 years and below, the four categories of the charity run are as follows:

1) Feel Good Run – 7 km, aged 13 and above
2) Run with Celebrities – 3 km, aged 13 and above
3) Costume Fun Run – 3 km, aged 13 and above
4) Kids Run – 700 m, aged 12 and below

Registration closes on 3rd June and can be done online at www.ntv7.com.my/feelgoodrun. Manual registration can be done at the following:

• Federal Territory Amateur Athletic Association (FTAAA), Level 2C, Multipurpose Hall, Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat 50150, Kuala Lumpur
• Twenty First Century Sports (M) Sdn Bhd, No 51 Jln SS 18/6, 47500 Subang Jaya

All runners who participate in the run will receive a running kit comprising a t-shirt, water bottle, face towel, message bib, and other sponsored items. Race packs can be collected on 1st and 2nd July at Federal Territory Amateur Athletic Association (FTAAA), Level 2C, Multipurpose Hall, Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat 50150, Kuala Lumpur, between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Those who wish to get their race packs delivered to them instead only need to pay an additional RM10. A certificate and memento will be presented to those who successfully complete the fun runs.

The start and finish point for all categories in the run will be at Sri Pentas, Bandar Utama, Selangor. The route will be around Bandar Utama area. Participants and visitors will also be entertained with a mini carnival and stage events on the day.

1600 Pandas Flash Mob @ Perbadanan Putrajaya, Malaysia #1600Pandas

1600 Pandas @ Perbadanan Putrajaya Just came back from Putrajaya after paying a visit to the 1600 Pandas exhibited at Perbadanan Putrajaya . The pandas flash mob were supposed to last for two hours but around 11am++ the pandas were being kept back to the rack due to drizzling at the venue. Anyhow, I manage to get some photos for you guys (and myself) haha. I love this location because the pandas were being placed on the carpet grass right in front of the beautiful buildings in Putrajaya. Too bad that the weather wasn't sunny and the carpet grass became muddy after rain. Luckily I wore my Havaianas slipper or else I am in deep shit hahaha. Malaysia local celebrities Jeffrey Cheng 庄惟翔 and  TJ 东于哲 were spotted at Perbadanan Putrajaya doing photoshoot and quick interview with the media. Fun fun fun! After the  Tea-se Session with David DeCandia at Coffee Bean , both me and Jennifer went to the dog park in Desa ParkCity for a 1-on-1 photography workshop. I am glad that there are people who wanna learn photography from me and I am able to give guidance on this favourite topic.
