Instagram Is Down: Electrical Storm in Virginia

Instagram is down because of the electrical storm strike

How was your day without your Instagram dosage? Out of sudden Instagram wasn't able to load on my Samsung Tab and the similar page as above was showed up:

"Instagram is down :( An electrical storm in Virginia has affected most of our servers. As we speak, our team of engineers are working hard to restore service."
Well, as usual the first thing that I did after woke up is to check out my Instagram photo-stream, always inspired to see some of the photos people shared (especially artistic and family portrait). However it just stop functioning today by showing the error page.

By referring back to the last and latest friend's Instagram update, total down time for Instagram is around 13 hours. [Yes, While I am typing this, Instagram is working now where you can check out your friend's photo but you can upload new photo only] Just that the function of checking your updates (Popular & Explore page, people who follow/like your photo ) are still disabled/unavailable.

Anyhow, it did affect me and somehow reminded me that how Instagram has become part of my life. Everyday I will check it out and upload new photos. What happen when Instagram/Facebook/Twitter suddenly server down/disappear forever? Woah, I can't imagine how mess up my life would be haha. [Besides blogging I did quite a lot of social sharing haha] Anyhow, I hope Instagram manage to recover from the damages and retrieve all the photos people have uploaded.

To be honest, I took a break from Instagram but I spent more time on Facebook & Twitter instead. Now the question is, "When Instagram was down, did you still continue take photos so you can upload later? Or you took a break?"

1600 Pandas Flash Mob @ Perbadanan Putrajaya, Malaysia #1600Pandas

1600 Pandas @ Perbadanan Putrajaya Just came back from Putrajaya after paying a visit to the 1600 Pandas exhibited at Perbadanan Putrajaya . The pandas flash mob were supposed to last for two hours but around 11am++ the pandas were being kept back to the rack due to drizzling at the venue. Anyhow, I manage to get some photos for you guys (and myself) haha. I love this location because the pandas were being placed on the carpet grass right in front of the beautiful buildings in Putrajaya. Too bad that the weather wasn't sunny and the carpet grass became muddy after rain. Luckily I wore my Havaianas slipper or else I am in deep shit hahaha. Malaysia local celebrities Jeffrey Cheng 庄惟翔 and  TJ 东于哲 were spotted at Perbadanan Putrajaya doing photoshoot and quick interview with the media. Fun fun fun! After the  Tea-se Session with David DeCandia at Coffee Bean , both me and Jennifer went to the dog park in Desa ParkCity for a 1-on-1 photography workshop. I am glad that there are people who wanna learn photography from me and I am able to give guidance on this favourite topic. I am not graduate from Art School but reading photography magazines and practice everyday can definitely helps improve your photography skill. Desa ParkCity has a huge park and this is one of the place where you can bring your dog hang out here and to meet new friends.
