M.E Malaysia proudly presents to you Wong Fu Productions’ first visit to Malaysia!

Wong Fu Productions (WFP) is a rising independent production company that has been at the forefront as an influential pioneer in utilizing new media distribution and creating projects with a positive message. Founders Wesley Chan, Ted Fu and Philip Wang have been making viral videos since 2003, before the start of YouTube. Now in 2012, through the constant embracing of new methods of distributing their work, these innovative artists have created their own path outside Hollywood's traditional means.

Wong Fu Productions’ works have been featured at a number of national and international film festivals, including the Cannes Film Festival. They were noted as the top 30 most influential Asian-Americans under 30 and were interviewed by CNN for being inspiring Asian-American achievers. They now have a fan base of millions across the United Stated and around the world, work full-time creating online content, design their own merchandises, and producing with other companies and artists with the recent being international pop star, Wang Lee Hom.

I remember I stumble upon Wong Fu's Technology Ruins Romance and eventually subscribed to their Youtube Channel looking forward for more awesome videos. No doubt they always able to enlighten me with great videos =D That's how I know more awesome Youtube sensation like Kina Grannis, Chester See, Kev Jumba, Niga Higa and lots more through their videos. Some people wonder if all Youtube Stars are like just staying besides each other as they always have collaboration in music and video ~

Maybe I should ask Wesley draw some awkward cartoons and make it as some giveaway at this space? Share with me your ideas!

1600 Pandas Flash Mob @ Perbadanan Putrajaya, Malaysia #1600Pandas

1600 Pandas @ Perbadanan Putrajaya Just came back from Putrajaya after paying a visit to the 1600 Pandas exhibited at Perbadanan Putrajaya . The pandas flash mob were supposed to last for two hours but around 11am++ the pandas were being kept back to the rack due to drizzling at the venue. Anyhow, I manage to get some photos for you guys (and myself) haha. I love this location because the pandas were being placed on the carpet grass right in front of the beautiful buildings in Putrajaya. Too bad that the weather wasn't sunny and the carpet grass became muddy after rain. Luckily I wore my Havaianas slipper or else I am in deep shit hahaha. Malaysia local celebrities Jeffrey Cheng 庄惟翔 and  TJ 东于哲 were spotted at Perbadanan Putrajaya doing photoshoot and quick interview with the media. Fun fun fun! After the  Tea-se Session with David DeCandia at Coffee Bean , both me and Jennifer went to the dog park in Desa ParkCity for a 1-on-1 photography workshop. I am glad that there are people who wanna learn photography from me and I am able to give guidance on this favourite topic. I am not graduate from Art School but reading photography magazines and practice everyday can definitely helps improve your photography skill. Desa ParkCity has a huge park and this is one of the place where you can bring your dog hang out here and to meet new friends.
