Your Samsung Phone can achieve this natural bokeh visuals for real #withGalaxy Watch the video at the end of this post to find out Hi there, this is TianChad here. Long time no see!! Decided to share some thoughts about modern photography with photos and videos taken solely using the smartphone that accompany us 24/7. Do you swipe your Instagram and this is the first thing that you do in the morning? And also did you do the same right before you sleep? To be honest, I do!! Still trying to limit myself from spending too much time on social media but creating more content instead. Smartphone nowadays are so advance that not only they provide great convenience to us people, it has multiple camera lens in one same body (eg. Nowadays phone has at least 3 lens - Ultra Wide, Wide lens, Zoom lens, Macro lens) that allow us to shoot different angle and focal length using one same device. Best of all? It is now water resistant (IP68) that you can take photos under rain (PS: Your phone are wate

My Bhutan Travel Photos Exhibited at DrukAsia Kuala Lumpur Office I know I should have share this long time ago, but it was when I have more time at home that I finally remember about this haha. Last year December I went to visit DrukAsia Malaysia newly renovated office (Bhutan Travel Specialist) because there are some exciting things awaiting me to discover. I took many travel photographs but it is rare that I would print them out in large size. Thanks to DrukAsia, it was an honour that Gigi from DrukAsia took the effort to decorate their office with my travel photos taken in Bhutan. Now let's have a look how the framed photo prints turn out okie??

Family Timeless Picnic @ Taman Tasik Shah Alam Last weekend was the first time I visit Taman Tasik Shah Alam and I gotta admit that's a really huge and nice park that I never know it exist until I went to this event. On that sunny weekend (24 Sep), OLDTOWN White Coffee had this Timeless Picnic  on at Taman Tasik Shah Alam .  Not only the admission was FREE, you get to have free popcorns, cotton candy and of course play timeless Malaysian games to reminiscence the good old time. In the morning there were Hot FM and One FM DJs (Deen Hotfm, Real Fizie Hot FM, OneFM William, One FM Yin盈盈) and cruiser teams doing a live radio broadcast crossover. Well, I enjoyed taking photos of people having fun together as that's the quality family time that one should spend together =) The first 200 picnic-goers received a complimentary Timeless Picnic Bag that contain a limited picnic mat and some snacks that you'll love since the 90's. There were FREE white coffee by

French Film Festival Launch 2016 @ GSC Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Do you love "ang-mo" especially French? Then you shouldn't miss out French Film Festival Launch 2017 by GSC next year !! It was another fun photoshoot for me to cover as I get to shoot for a French themed cocktails and a preview screening of romantic comedy, “Caprice” in GSC Pavilion KL. THere were champagne and Martell for the guests of the night. Aesop was one of the sponsor for their cute welcome gift. *Just imagine Aesop in small glass bottle, too cute!* Caprice This was my first time watching French movie too, I find that there's a lot of coincidence about love in the movie and it is funny to learn French's culture this way. I'm not sure how true is the movie but it was fun to watch. Except the manual censorship in the middle of the movie la, that was really funny hahaha. So below are some photos taken during the event, I hope you'll like it and engage my photography/

Night Walk @ Melaka Stadhuys Red House & Jonker Walk/Street

Image
This weekend was Winter Solstice so I went back hometown earlier to have the usual luxurious+delicious homecook dinner.  I didn't bring along my portable harddisk (that's full of photos) back to Melaka , hence I couldn't process the photos ;p Anyhow, luckily I brought my cameras along and decided to go to Jonker Walk and Stadhuys Red House on a Friday night. This time I went out with the  "Power in my pocket"  instead of my DSLR. Just a quick walk on the busy street, spotted new stuff selling at road side, Egg-Ice is one of the top selling products here. Enjoy the photos below taken using SONY RX100. I am still new to it's function and it is definitely one powerful imaging device that you may consider to have. The Intelligent+ Mode has ease my photoshooting a lot when I feel lazy to play with the settings. Should I consider this as night street photography of Melaka historical and travel spot? @JonasBrothers Malaysia Concert with Love Bug Again [Photos & Video]

Jonas Brothers Live in Malaysia 2012 @ Stadium Negara [24 Oct 2012] Jonas Brothers Live in Malaysia 2012 was successfully organized at Stadium Negara . Heavy rain striked before the concert start. Even I myself need to buy the RM5 raincoat just to protect my cameras. And yeah the expensive RM10 parking around the stadium. How I wish I have parents like some of the fans who came and fetch them.  Anna Maria Jonas Brothers concert started sharp at 8PM by guest performer Anna Maria (Anna Maria Perez de Tagle). Anna performed 2 covers (Rihanna's Only Girl + Katy Perry's The One That Got Away) & 2 originals (Insomnia). Anna Maria said 'terima kasih' (thank you) to all the audience. Awesome! After a 20 minute wait, the show continued at 8.45PM. Jonas Brothers came up on stage and immediately dived into their first song - Look Me in The Eyes . The crowd were ecstatic with non-stop cheering & waving of fan signboards while Jonas Brothers performed.

Hello again! Today I decided to share a few photos of Tower Bridge taken during my journey to London 2012 Olympic Games. Thankfully it was a sunny day and I think the photos turn out well =) Big blue sky and sunny but cool weather. It was good to be there.  A panoramic shoot of the Tower Bridge area Here are some of the modern buildings while I was on the way walking to Tower Bridge This photo will turn out nicer if the sun wasn't hiding behind the cloud I don't know what's the display time for Olympic Rings but it was not shown while we crossing the bridge. Anyhow, here's a picture of me together with the huge Olympic Rings. I've decided to go back there another day as we have event during the night. Always like London with the fact that they have long sun shine periods. Here's a picture of the Tower Bridge together with the Olympic Rings at night. This is what you'll see if you are patience enough to stay around that
