Best Casing for S20 Ultra & Improve Your Mobile Photography | Moment Galaxy Thin Case

What's the first thing you do when you just got a brand new phone? Two things run into my mind: A tough phone casing and screen protector that won't affect my phone performance. Yes, the moment you receive your Galaxy S20 Ultra they already built-in screen protector and a transparent phone case included in box. But eventually the transparent case will turn yellow and it doesn't give enough protection to your camera glass. That's when you want to buy new casing that can customize the color even more. That's why to me phone color doesn't matter because we are gonna cover it anyway with a casing. (Unless you like your phone naked haha)

That's why I got myself this Galaxy Thin Case from Moment and I personally think that it helps me protect my whole phone INCLUDING the camera glass area. Note to self, not to place car or house key together with  your phone because it's gonna scratch your phone case and screen. That's why I got my first scratch on the screen. Luckily the screen is still intact.

As we all know, Galaxy S20 Ultra is heavier on the top part because of the camera element located there. Hence I find the texture at the back of Galaxy Thin Case are actually very useful to give you a better grip of your phone.

Why should you consider Moment Thin Case?

If you haven't know, paring the Moment Thin Case with the right Moment lens can give you better pictures. My favourite lens is the 18mm Wide Lens and Macro lens that can do super close up photography.

Yes, S20 Ultra  (like S10 and Note 10 series) has the Ultra Wide Angle, but the ultra wide camera is not usable on the S20 Ultra. Only major lenses can be used to do Hyperlapse/ Night timelapse. Therefore with the Moment 18mm Wide Lens, I can shoot better Night Hyperlapse and fully utilize the primary lens for better low light photos. (watch my YouTube video to understand)

This is how it looks like when you install Moment Galaxy Thin Case to your S20 Ultra. They fit in perfectly for my phone. Just a little wider at the edge. Both the top and bottom part of the Thin Case is more prominent. So that when you place your phone facing down, it helps protect your screen too.

How does the phone looks like when you screw/twist in your 18mm Moment Wide Lens?

There's only one slot on S20 Ultra for you to slot in any Moment Lens. This is how it looks like with Moment 18mm Wide Lens. Love the 1.5 times wider view on screen. I got my 18mm wide lens since S9 so all I need is to change new casing when I upgrade my phone.

You will find this 18mm Wide lens very useful especially when you want to record timelapse/hyperlapse. Hope to share more footage with you guys in upcoming post.
