Running, hopping, swimming, skipping or dancing suits you more? I've seen so many Marathon events going on and I myself joined a few too. This is my first time heard about World Walking Day in Malaysia!

Ever feel bored of running and exercise inside the gym? I do! As for me I prefer swimming to keep fit. It was fun to join marathon too but most of the time I walk instead of run as I will carry my heavy DSLR along hahaha. Guess what? I am really happy when Nestle came out with World Walking Day. Yes! I can walk with two thousand people, have free breakfast, free t-shirt and lucky draw too. Best thing is you don't need to pay to participate in World Walking Day by Nestle on 28th October 2012. It's FREE!

World Walking Day 2011 @ Putrajaya

Last year there was an event for World Walking day too. The Putrajaya Walk itself has garnered 4,000 participants and in total 18,477 participants (for whole 6 locations). You may want to check out more photos at Nestle’s FB site =)

This year's World Walking Day is happening at 6 different locations at the same time! This including Ipoh, Putrajaya, Kuantan, Johor Bahru, Sabah and Sarawak. Since there are only limited space for the walk. I suggest you guys register now before it is too late. It is really easy to register as all you need to do is by sending a SMS. Johor Bahru is becoming a very popular location for this event.  Anyone  who is coming to the World Walking day in Johor Bahru , make sure to check out Johor Bahru cheap hotels to get the best accommodation during your stay at this event.

World Walking Day 2012 @ Putrajaya

I'll be joining the World Walking Day @ Putrajaya on a beautiful Sunday and will take this chance to enjoy a different kind of street photography =) Imagine you went for a walk at Putrajaya bridge and saw the beautiful sun rise~ So if you want your photo taken by me free of charge, remember to join the walk and say hi! I will try my best to make you look good or at least looks shining with lights hahaha!

Tips for World Walking Day

Here's my recommendation for you who like to join the fun walk =) If you don't want to get tanned, make sure you wear sun-block/the hat as shown above. If you want your photo captured by me, make sure you dress nicely too hehe. The most important thing is still your shoes, please wear comfortable shoes for a good walk. And last but not least...
