Muay Thai Save My Life Workshop @ Dragon Thai Club
Courtesy of Nuffnang and Elite Boxing I was invited to this Muay Thai Save My Life Workshop @ Dragon Muaythai Club located at Jalan Alor, Bukit
Bintang,Wisma City Tower.it was hard to find this place as I thought Jalan Alor is a street of restaurant and hotel. Didn't know that theire is this Muaythai Club nicely hidden at the tall building. Don't be scared of the old building with antique lift.
Here's one corner of Dragon Muaythai Club. They do have complete training equipment and big space for you to do your flying kick.

We were then introduced to the fifth runner-up of the first season of The Contender Asia, Zidov "Akuma" Dominic who shared that Muay Thai has changed his life ever since he got out from the jail. He said that Muay Thai taught him and made him become a better person and don't simply hit anybody because he know what he can do to them. So guys, if you always like to fight somebody, maybe Muay Thai can save your life =)

Then we learn the basic skills from the professional Muay Thai kickboxers
We learned the basic punching and kicking skill that always focus on attach and defend your body att he same time. Once the left hand start the punch, the right hand must always protect the face at side.
Since I don't have a personal assistant with me today(just kidding), thanks to my buddy who helped me snapped a photo while I was doing my training. I was preparing to kick him hard but funny things happened haha
But the trainer hit Xiang's butt after caught his leg HAHAHA. CikLilyPutih really LOL~
She is the toughest participant of the day, and she can kick really hard and swiftly.

The professional kick-boxers here have good trainer that always train with them. This is to enhance their tacit understanding as this will improve their skill and strength in winning the match.
I am not sure whether Ethan was amazed or stunned by the swift and loud kicking happening at the ring.

It was our pleasure to have Muay Thai training with Malaysia’s multiple Muay Thai championship title "The Golden Elbow" Faizal Ramli and 55kg Rank No. 1 Ali Yaakob. Both Faizal and Ali are in the midst of training for the Thailand vs Challenger Series: Thailand vs Asia - The Best of Malaysia that will be happening tomorrow night (9 October 2012) at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. In addition to the usual network of broadcast partners, including
ESPN/Star Sports and Eurosport, the Thailand VS Asia event will be
broadcast in Malaysia by leading local cable TV station Astro Malaysia. In a series of battles to defend both national and regional pride,
the 4-man Thai team will take on 2 fighters from Malaysia as well as one

If you got somebody that you hate in the office and like to kickhis ass, you better come here to learn some Muay Thai and unleash your anger here! i personally think that this is a good way for you to release stress and learn new skill at the same time.
A group photo of us after the Muay Thai kickboxing training. Although it was just a 2 hour training session, I can feel I am exhausted but in a good way. This is the place to help you train you body and get a six pack abs too. *My abs only divide to two after so much training lol, and they can easily united back to one because of all the good food in Malaysia!*
Hope Faizal Ramli and Ali Yaakob will get big medals in the upcoming Thailand vs Challenger Series: Thailand vs Asia - The Best of Malaysia presented by Elite Boxing.
I will be at Sunway Convention Centre tomorrow for the show and witness the real fight!
