Sunway Lagoon Water Adventure Quest with Samsung Galaxy A8 & A8+ (2018)Bungee Jump Challenge at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park

If you know me long enough, you know I love water adventures and thrill rides. Flying fox, bungee jump, surfing board, G-Force and many more. People say, "Go and experience all these activities that make your adrenaline rush while you are still young!". I've slowly stepping into to the age of need to take care of my health (blood pressure, cholesterol and etc) hence when there is a chance to go for adventure in Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, how can I say no right? 

I was at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park for the "Galaxy A8 Lagoon Quest" with other adventurous buddies who are up for the challenges. We were told to complete a few challenges and activities by just using the Samsung Galaxy A8/A8+ (2018). Most of the activities need us taking photos and video during the extreme activities including bungee jump and the Vuvuzela Ride.

Do check out the photos below taken during our Samsung Galaxy A8 Adventure. All selfies were taken using the brand new Samsung Galaxy A8 with the  IP68 water-resistant body and Dual Front Camera (16MP + 8MP) F1.9 rear camera. The best thing about A8/A8+(2018) is when you can blur things behind you when your background looks too crowdy,  some photos were actually taken by the event photographer who were running together with us to complete these quests. Today's event was like a baking class for me, but enjoyable one. I've learned how to make my first gingerbread man and Christmas cookies while improved my cupcakes "cream drawing" skills. Just like the sweet and savory experience desserts bring to people, Samsung is refreshing its colour offering of its flagship smartphones to give fans a touch of fun with two news shades of PINK.

Long story short, it was a fun Samsung S7 edge launch today at Suria KLCC because Lee Kwang Soo, the handsome Running Man host in black suit was the special guest of the day. Fans of KwangSoo been swarming KLCC early in the morning just to see him in person. I can say 90% are female fans and I would be one of the rare male fans who like his humour and how he treat and reward his fans who couldn't get closer than anyone else.

Other than special appearance at Samsung GALAXY S7 edge launch in Malaysia, Kwang Soo also signed autographs for more than 100 over people who got the special cardboard passes. Some lucky LKS fans even get to take selfie with Kwang Soo himself!! It was a little chaos near the end of the event and you should really watch this video log that I did by sacrifice my time for the gym of the day. So yeah, do watch it and give it a thumbs up or share!!

It was an adventurous two days experience for me as Samsung's Social Photographer of the day during their Samsung GALAXY Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus launch nationwide. I was sort of the photographer that take photo for Samsung live update on their Twitter and Instagram (didn't saw my photos on FB). Luckily I got all the things I have (DSLR with correct lenses, WiFi Card for instant transfer, enough spare battery) to make sure that I did my job the best I can. 

 I went to Sunway Pyramid again for their Note 5 50% off on 2nd gadget promotion and the crowd was really huge!! A bit regret as I only reach there around 9am and first 100 spots already taken. Due to good response on the crowd, Samsung Malaysia decided to give extra Golden Tickets to the people on queue. Not only you get to buy Note 5 at half price on second unit, you get to receive free gifts (Powerbank and Wireless charger) worth up to RM500 during the launch. Samsung NX1 - The High-Speed Mirrorless Camera for Professional

As a user of Samsung NX30, I can see the huge improvement on Samsung NX1 to be used as a professional camera. Not only they have two Premium S lenses (16-50mm F 2-2.8 S ED OIS Lens and 50-150mm F2.8 S OIS Lens) to pair with the NX1, they are both dust and weatherproof for more extreme photoshoot condition. I personally think that with this two Premium S lenses it can cover wide range of photography theme from travel to studio photoshoot (16-150mm with constant f2.8 aperture). With its 15fps high speed burst shooting, you will definitely able to capture your jump shot and sport photo perfectly without missing any part of it.

Few weeks ago NX1 was launched in Malaysia (16 Dec) and I was there to check out the Samsung NX1 and met awesome photographers who are users of Samsung NX1 too. I manage to hands-on the NX1 and kinda amazed with the lightweight even when the 50-150mm lens and battery grip were attached on it. If you are a DSLR user you sure know that DSLR with zoom lens and a battery grip is not light at all and not suitable for frequent traveller. With my age catching up, I've always wanted to find a lighter camera that can perform well like a DSLR too. At least I won't feel the weight burden when I am travelling with my camera. Now let's look at some of the key features of Samsung NX1 first:

Bought some camera accessories for my Samsung NX30

Yesterday we went to Samsung d'light which located within the Samsung Electronics building in Seocho-dong, Seoul. Samsung d'light is actually a global exhibition space that showcases the latest product lineup by Samsung Electronics. The name d’light combines the words ‘digital’ and ‘light’ to correlate with the company’s vision of being ‘a guiding light to the digital world’ and sharing the excitement and delight of digital technology through interaction with visitors. The ‘d’ also carries with it the connotation of ‘dynamic,’ ‘dream,’ and ‘diversity.’ 

As you can see from the photo above, it is a selfie of me with the Samsung 110" UHDTV!! This Samsung UHDTV is so impressive, besides its large screen size, the TV frame has 3 speakers and 2 woofers built-in. It will be awesome to watch movie or even football match with it.
