Early in March there was a trip to Penang for media friends to experience Under Armour's latest apparels with CoolSwitch Technology and also giving us sneak peek to visit Under Armour's first outlet in Malaysia North region inside Queensbay Mall Brand House. Definitely a very good news for friends who staying in Penang!! Other than that, I love the opportunity to have fitness activities around Straits Quay and continue with Sunset Yoga lead by Hansen Lee and Robyn Lau. Do you know that there are actually cute sea otters that wandering around Penang Straits Quay??? They are so cute!!
I noticed that I quite like Yoga exercise and I would like to learn how to improve while challenging myself doing more workout and stay healthy in year 2016. It seems like more people are health aware too, which is good =) By continue scrolling down, most of the photos were taken by Under Armour's event photographer (Aylwin Joshua) as it was hard for me to do exercise and take photos at the same time. WHAT IS UNDER ARMOUR COOLSWITCH TECHOLOGY?
CoolSwitch does exactly what its name states - it cools your body and skin when you start to heat up and sweat. The technology blends three unique active cooling agents, integrated for the first time ever in an apparel application, with each of these ingredients delivering a specific benefit over the course of a workout to help athletes stay cool.- The first ingredient serves to pull heat energy away from the skin, providing an instant cooling sensation.

As a result, during a workout, CoolSwitch wearers feel cooler, less physically taxed and their skin temperature stays lower, allowing them to exercise longer. I still remember the weather was really hot in Penang and we were sweating like caught in the rain (all thanks to the fitness trainer who pushed us to the limit), we did a short run around Straits Quay and do lounge, burpees during the interval. I personally think the new Under Armour's sport apparels with CoolSwitch technology not only helps your skin breath, it also promote 'cooling system' too. I've been wearing the UA exercise pant more fewquently as it is comfortable and very soft when touch.
We then cool down ourselves with the Sunset Yoga session with Hansen Lee and Robyn Lau. They were both super flexible and guiding us to the Zen Mode. From there I noticed that my hamstring was too tight and I better do more Yoga training with it =)

Now Penang buddies no need travel all the way to KL for Under Armour sport outfit already. There are certain designs that only available at this outlet. However, if your preferred design is not there, Under Armour Pavilion KL outlet has more varieties.
