Mabul Island - Sun Sand Sea Today is the day that most people gonna look back at what they did for year 2014 and celebrate NYE with friends and family. Well, mine one special a bit as I am celebrating my birthday as well!! This post gonna be a throwback post of what I did in 2014 and what I wanna do more in year 2015. Samsung NX1 - The High-Speed Mirrorless Camera for Professional As a user of Samsung NX30, I can see the huge improvement on Samsung NX1 to be used as a professional camera. Not only they have two Premium S lenses (16-50mm F 2-2.8 S ED OIS Lens and 50-150mm F2.8 S OIS Lens) to pair with the NX1, they are both dust and weatherproof for more extreme photoshoot condition. I personally think that with this two Premium S lenses it can cover wide range of photography theme from travel to studio photoshoot (16-150mm with constant f2.8 aperture). With its 15fps high speed burst shooting, you will definitely able to capture your jump shot and sport photo perfectly without missing any part of it. Few weeks ago NX1 was launched in Malaysia (16 Dec) and I was there to check out the Samsung NX1 and met awesome photographers who are users of Samsung NX1 too. Instead of splitting Alex Goot and Against The Current into two post, I shall just post both photos here in one same place, the final post of  Alex Goot & Against The Current Live In Malaysia . Against The Current and the whole band is very remarkable especially Chrissy Constanza who did a lot of head swing and interaction with the crowd. 1600 Pandas @ Perbadanan Putrajaya Just came back from Putrajaya after paying a visit to the 1600 Pandas exhibited at Perbadanan Putrajaya . The pandas flash mob were supposed to last for two hours but around 11am++ the pandas were being kept back to the rack due to drizzling at the venue. Anyhow, I manage to get some photos for you guys (and myself) haha. I love this location because the pandas were being placed on the carpet grass right in front of the beautiful buildings in Putrajaya. Too bad that the weather wasn't sunny and the carpet grass became muddy after rain. Luckily I wore my Havaianas slipper or else I am in deep shit hahaha. Malaysia local celebrities Jeffrey Cheng 庄惟翔 and  TJ 东于哲 were spotted at Perbadanan Putrajaya doing photoshoot and quick interview with the media. 1600 PANDAS NOW IN MALAYSIA 15 Tour Locations and schedule ‘1600 Pandas MY’ which had travelled half the globe has finally landed in Malaysia!! The pandas are expected to tour around Malay Peninsula, making stops at more than 15 locations . Each of these adorable panda shows funny yet authentic expression. Upon their first visit to Malaysia, they are on a special mission, to pass the important message from World Wide Fund for Nature - Malaysia (WWF - Malaysia) regarding the significance of environmental preservation to every corner of the country. 1600 Pandas in Dataran Merdeka as their first start together with  WWF The number 1600 is exactly the amount of the wild pandas that existed in the woods during the time this campaign was launched back then. This ‘1600 Pandas’ exhibition will last for 1 month in Malaysia hoping that it will raise more public awareness and people would spend more time knowing the ideas behind this environmental preservation.

SKYWARD @ Alex Goot & Against The Current Live In Malaysia #AlexGootATKL SKYWARD, who is more well known as TheMingThing (TMT) on Youtube  has been creating great videos online and meaningful at the same time. Little did I know that the Ming Bros sing as well until I caught them perform at Alex Goot & Against The Current Live In Malaysia #AlexGootATKL. It was fun shooting them because The Ming Bros (Ming Han and Ming Yew) were both funny during the music showcase. They even record their live performance that evening and having fans flashing their mobile flash light. I am sure the video turned out nice. Now... shall we check out all photos below? An Honest Mistake @ Alex Goot & Against The Current Live In Malaysia All right, tonight I'm gonna post photos of the music band - "An Honest Mistake" who performed at  Alex Goot & Against The Current Live In Malaysia.  An Honest Mistake is formed of 5 members - Darren Teh (Lead Vocals/Guitar @darrenteh), Leonard Chua (Electric Guitar @chualeo),  Ashley Chan (Vocals @ashleycwc), Tomas Tam (Bass @tomas_tam) and Ian Ng  (Drums @ian_ng) If I Told You This Was Real Would You Believe Me Apparently they have changed the female vocal singer but the other band members remain the same. It was fun shooting their photos because they have been moving around and with more action especially their hair haha. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy the photos taken from one same angle since we are not allowed to move around.

Nikolay Bakeev + Vita Silkaityte @ Suria KLCC The other day after I've finish taking self-portrait together with the gorgeous Petronas Twin Towers , I was walking around KLCC and spotted this gorgeous couple on the street taking a break. The moment I saw them I was like, okay I must make myself capture some of their lovely photos no matter how. I've learned that to create nice street photography/photos, it is to brave yourself and talk to strangers so that they can show interaction between you (your camera) and your subject. With that, your photo will definitely looks better with soul and connection.
