Since I brought my DSLR along, I went to to take some photos while waiting for my lovely bubu to come out from the office. Found this mirror with striking color and had an idea of capturing myself together with the sunset as well.  *salute* This could be a fun #ootd post too haha. My 2013 Perseids Meteor Shower Photography Attempt

Image
Me and my sister chatting while waiting for the 2013 Perseids meteor shower After reading how to photograph the Perseids meteor shower from SLR Lounge , me, my sister and a friend decided to make a last minute trip to the beach to try our luck in witnessing the predicted meteor shower. Hence I just bring along my photography gears and went to the beach! Surprisingly there were quite a lot people doing the same thing and most of them are couples. In the end, I manage to capture a series of stars photos but none contain meteor storm/shower ... Oh well, just now the sky was quite cloudy but I am happy when I captured a lighting in one of my interval shot. Hopefully I can capture better star trails especially to witness the meteor storm with my own eyes next time. A photo captured at my house balcony before we decided to go to the beach with darker ambience We'll Be Counting Stars - One Republic I like OneRepublic!! Introducing their new song 'Counting Stars&

I accepted it straight away as I would able to document down all the good deeds that people do to help others. I can collect good karma too, so why not? =D It was a charity event by Nuffnang in collaboration with Kechara Soup Kitchen and Milo. The challenging part in this assignment was to snap photos in the kitchen with limited space. The weather was hot and everyone was sweating while preparing packed rice, biscuit and drink. Not easy to do charity yo.  Lexus biscuits, Milo Can Drinks, fruit and bread for homeless people who will collect it at the counter The uncle who always cook the rice for people in need. This Dinosaur like Chatime & Melaka was hot!

Image
Bad news... Haze is invading Melaka again! It totally ruined my morning while attempt to go and shoot the sunrise photo. Well, the truth is I am glad it did so I could sleep longer in an air-conditioned room hahaha! I've always like to go out for shutter therapy especially when I go back to my hometown. Always wonder how many things can change in such a short time. I've attended a friend's wedding yesterday night and experienced an awful traffic jam all because of the Ramadhan Bazaar at Jalan Hang Jebat . This traffic jam is 200% worse than Jonker Street =.=" Anyway, today I've visited the St Paul's Church and A Famosa skipping Stadthuys as it was under renovation. I wonder since when the parking area beside Stadhuys has a new counter charging us at higher parking fees. First hour RM1 and RM0.60 with additional hour. I was forced to go out again and reenter because it lack of parking space. MBMB not so clever this time... All right, today I would li
