The Royal Thai Embassy, in cooperation with Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) office in Malaysia, will be organizing “Thai Cooking – Made Easy”, a one-day cooking class, on Friday 5 January 2018 from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs at the Embassy, 206 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, 50450.

At this event, Chef Korn Yodsuk, professional chef of Erawan Classic Thai & Fusion, will demonstrate and guide the participants step by step the authentic cooking of four Thai popular dishes. The cooking class was full-house with all woman except three man. I am one of it hahaha

Words from Chef Korn
“Can you distinguish between coconut cream and coconut milk? If the answer is no or not sure, then you will get a clear-cut answer during our cooking session and you will get to watch how each of the authentic Thai ingredients is prepared and crafted into our most delicious dishes.”

Thanks Chef Korn and his wife for the delicious lunch being served during the lunch break

Due to time constrain, I wasn't able to learn and prepare all four Thai dishes of the day. However, it was a very good experience for us to learn from the professional chef. Thanks Royal Thai Embassy, in cooperation with Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) for organizing this special event.

I will practice to prepare more Thai meal when I got the fresh ingredients from the market. Because as what Chef Korn has taught, it's the ingredients that we use decide the tastiness of our Thai meal. For more information, visit The Royal Thai Embassy Facebook Page.

Actually if you haven't know, you can also learn Thai Cooking Class in Thailand itself, just check out Klook and Trazy Travel for available experience packages =)
