Actually 10.10.10 is also a good day for Gorgeous Fitness's Grand Official Launch. That day everyone including friends and family were welcomed to visit Gorgeous Fitness at Bandar Puteri Puchong and have a look at what kind of gym equipments, facilities and service they provide.
By looking at the speed of food being emptied, can say whole day long lots of people visited Gorgeous Fitness.

If you already know the techniques, you can actually do exercise all by your own.
But if you are a new gym goer, you can always ask assistance from the personal trainer. If I am not wrong, the trainer is assessing his fitness level to help design a suitable exercise routine.
Not only one personal trainer of course, they will helps you design a suitable exercise routine and help you reach your fitness goal. Why you wanna wasting time find the right way to use the gym equipment while you can actually get them to guide you? Safe time, safe hassle =)
At upper floor, there are lots more treadmills and bicycle for you to sweat with. Accompanied by TV so you can run further with good distraction.
Since the gym still operate on the grand launch day, I can't "wander" into Female Changing Room, but the Male Changing room.
Besides the lockers room, showers and toilets, there are one
sauna room and one
steam room too.
One thing that is special about Gorgeous Fitness is that there is a
Gorgeous Boutique fitted inside the building. Besides being here to exercise, you can do some shopping too.
Not only for ladies, but for guys too.
I believe the idea was incorporated because

the ambassador which is also the owner of Gorgeous Fitness is running clothing business even before he decided to start a gym business and wanna be different.
Gorgeous Fitness also
incorporate the family concept where there will be a
Kids Zone to helps you take care of your children while you want to do exercise.
Just besides the Kids zone you will able to play some snooker
Perhaps some Table Football game?
Even before/after your gym time you can have some foods and drinks @ the
Gym Lounge. Perhaps they also provide whey protein nutrition drinks also?

So yesterday and today went for a trip to Fraser's Hill with a bunch of good friends and I would say I enjoyed the relaxing trip!
Although it is kinda dizzy to go uphill to Fraser's hill. The scenery at the top paid a return. like the weather and the nature environment. Thanks to all who let me carpool! [Jasmine, Jack, Raymond, Jian and Jason]
